Mr. Mansour Al-Khuzam, Managing Director
Mr. Mansour Al-Khuzam has more than 20 years of experience in investments. A graduate of Business from Kuwait University, Mr. Al-Khuzam went on to attain a CPA from Washington State, USA. Mr. Al-Khuzam’s past work experiences include Gulf Glass Manufacturing Company, KNPC (Kuwait National Petroleum Company), Endowment Investment Office, KIA (Kuwait Investment Authority), Boubyan Petrochemicals. Mr. Al-Khuzam founded Khazaen Venture Capital in 2002. In addition, Mr. Al-Khuzam is one of the founders and an active board member of the Gulf Venture Capital Association (GVCA).
Mr. Marco DeMiroz
has over 20 years of experience as a global investor and a corporate executive. He has been an active venture investor in the U.S., China and Europe with main areas of interest in the ICT and GreenTech sectors. He is currently a Managing Director at Selby Ventures in Silicon Valley. Mr. DeMiroz obtained his MBA from Carnegie Mellon University; where he received a Rockwell Scholarship, a post-graduate Engineer Degree in Aeronautics/Astronautics from Stanford University.
Mr. Moataz A.Rashad Mohamed
Mr. Moataz A. Rashad Mohamed Has over 18 years of industry experience and has held various technical and managerial positions both in IT, Telecommunications and semiconductor companies in Silicon Valley, CA, USA. He has 17 issued patents, and has earned an MSEE from Stanford University, and MSCS from University of Oregon.
He is currently President & CTO of MagicVision Communications Inc - a technology and management consulting firm in CA.
Dr. Mouza Ghubash
a PhD in Sociology; has over 19
years experience as a professor and at present is Head of Sociology Department
at the College of Humanities and Social Sciences, University of UAE. She has
been widely acclaimed for her efforts in the field of education.
Mr.Abdulkader Thomas
has a diversified experience in
financial services area including trade finance, real estate finance, securities
and alternative finance. He has worked in Bahrain, New York, London and Los
Angeles.
Mr. Abdulrahman Ibrahim Al-Houty
an engineer; has an extensive
experience in both private and government sector including Minister of Public
Works and Housing, Kuwait. At present, he is Partner and Managing Director of
Quality Project Management, a project management company.
Dr. Mayar Farag
a PhD in economics; specializes
in asset management and private banking solutions. Currently, she is a Founding
Member and Director, Mont-Blanc Asset Management S.A., Geneva.
Dr. Abdalla Al-Najjar
PhD in Applied Physics; is a
renowned educationist and professor having over 22 years of experience. He is at
present, President of Arab Science and Technology Foundation, UAE.
Dr. Hamad Al-Omar
has vast experience in the
medical world and has been co-founder of medical companies namely, Jeddah
BioCity LLC, Healthcare Experts and Enmaa House Capital.
Dr. Mohamnad Abdul Rahman Al Terkait
has vast experience in the
petrochemical industry, further to his education and experience in Law. He holds
senior level positions with reputed petrochemical companies in Kuwait and
Bahrain in addition to being a member of the Board of Directors at
Petrochemicals Industries Company and Gulf Petrochemical Industries.
